In 2020, a customer survey was conducted among Kompressorteknik’s customers. It revealed that customers requested better insight and feedback regarding Kompressorteknik’s tasks of renovating and repairing compressors. Kompressorteknik therefore chose to digitalize their work process in a digital reporting system.
