Kompressorteknik enters a new phase. With a strong reputation in advanced compressor technology and a stable growth journey behind them, Tobias Netz now takes over as CEO. His mission is to further develop one of the Nordic region’s most specialized companies in service, repair, and renovation of compressors, as well as to further strengthen the company’s international position.

Tobias describes Kompressorteknik as a company with unusually deep expertise and a rare breadth in its capabilities.
“Here we can service and renovate all types of compressors regardless of make, model, or age. That’s what makes Kompressorteknik unique. We can work completely independently of manufacturers,” he explains.
This independence, combined with specialist expertise and long experience, has made the company a strategically important partner for both industry, energy, process, and marine sectors. Today, Kompressorteknik handles everything from single renovations to complex comprehensive assignments and advanced failure investigations, always focusing on quality, innovation, and high operational reliability.

Kompressorteknik has for many years established itself as a leading name in the Nordic region, while the number of international customers is growing. Through the sister company Kompressorteknik Marin in Florida, the business also has a strong presence in North America.

Clear goals for the future
Tobias sees a company with a strong position that also has great opportunities to scale up further.
“We will continue to be relevant, meet competition, and develop new strategic partnerships. Broadening our international cooperation and continuing to grow in turnover is central going forward,” he explains.
Tobias particularly believes in growth in the Nordic countries and the rest of Europe, but also sees continued potential in the close collaboration with Kompressorteknik Marin in Florida.
Looking forward to further developing the company
With a clear vision and great enthusiasm, Tobias takes on the role of CEO. The ambition is to build on what works well, while the company continues to grow and broaden its opportunities.
“Kompressorteknik stands strong today and we have all the prerequisites to become even better and even more relevant to our customers. I really look forward to the journey ahead,” Tobias concludes.
