Arrival
We receive the customer’s refrigeration compressor and perform an initial arrival inspection and inform the customer that we have received it.

Inspection & Documentation
We document and perform an initial status check. We also determine the color code so that the color is truly correct when it returns to the customer.

Sandblasting
To achieve the best final result, we do everything to give the refrigeration compressor visual new life. Through sandblasting, we remove everything before painting.

Electric Motor Control
If the refrigeration compressor contains an electric motor, we perform an advanced measurement of the motor’s components where we identify any faults to ensure safe operation in the upcoming operating cycle.
A detailed report is sent together with the compressor report to the customer.

Disassembly
We disassemble the refrigeration compressor into all parts for thorough analysis and measurement of tolerances, which forms the basis for assessment of necessary measures. The technical analysis is compiled into a clear, detailed report that is sent to the customer together with an additional quote for the parts that need to be adjusted, machined or replaced.

Recond
We consider it our responsibility to overhaul your refrigeration compressor in a clean environment, therefore each component undergoes thorough washing. We use environmentally friendly fluids that remove oils and greases.

Technical Report
We create detailed technical reports when we overhaul your compressor. In the report, you receive information about which parts need to be repaired or replaced, how extensive the damage is and exactly what damage exists on each part.

Repair & Production of New Parts
The parts that have normal or increased wear are processed to achieve a condition equivalent to an original part. Where there has been, for example, a breakdown and parts must be scrapped, we manufacture new parts that have an original design.

New Parts
In our spare parts warehouse, we have overhaul kits that contain parts needed for an overhaul, such as bearings, gaskets and O-rings.

Assembly
Now the refrigeration compressor begins to look as it should as we have started assembly. Here we put together all parts, which are either machined or new from the manufacturer, with high precision and cleanliness.

Painting
Each refrigeration compressor regains its original color or desired color. We mount all signs and also mark the refrigeration compressor that it has been with us with which year and month, so you know when you visit the facility in a few years when it was last with us.

Final Test
After final assembly, functional testing and leakage testing are performed.

Packaging & Shipping
We always place the refrigeration compressor on a new pallet and package it for weather protection and send it back to the customer.
