His mission is to further develop one of the Nordic region’s most specialized companies in Renovation service, repair, and Renovation , and to further strengthen the company’s international position.

Tobias describes Kompressorteknik as a company with exceptionally deep expertise and a rare breadth of capabilities.
“Here, we can service and refurbish all types of compressors, regardless of make, model, or age. That’s what makes Kompressorteknik unique. We can work completely independently of manufacturers,” he explains.

Today, Kompressorteknik handles everything from individual overhauls to complex turnkey projects and advanced failure investigations, always with a focus on quality, innovation, and high operational reliability.

“We will continue to remain relevant, compete effectively, and develop new strategic partnerships. Expanding our international collaboration and continuing to grow our revenue are key priorities moving forward,” he explains.
Tobias is particularly optimistic about growth in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe, but also sees continued potential in the close collaboration with Kompressorteknik Marin in Florida.
