A growing team with new skills
During the year, Kompressorteknik has welcomed several new employees. Linus Almgren, new fitter, Rebecca Asklund as new warehouse manager and Tobias Netz as new CEO have stepped in and strengthened the business. Together, they contribute to broadening expertise and creating good conditions for continued development.
New premises that create better workflows
One of the year’s biggest milestones is the move to our new premises. The successful move has led to a more pleasant workplace with better flow, improved working environment and greater capacity. The premises are also a central part in enabling our future growth and expansion.
Quality through own processes
We have started an adaptation of the business to be able to handle blasting and painting in-house. By collecting these processes internally, our opportunities to minimize lead times, ensure high quality and create better control over costs are improved. This is an important step in further streamlining our offering.
Skills development that strengthens the entire organization
To continue to be at the forefront, our employees have completed a series of training courses during the year. One example was when Francks Kylindustri visited us for training in refrigeration technology. This investment ensures that we maintain and strengthen our level of expertise while being well equipped for the technical and operational requirements of the industry.
New partnerships and projects that broaden future opportunities
